Dr Jefferson Daniel J, MD

Dr. Jefferson Daniel J is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Christian Medical College, Vellore, and serves as Program Coordinator for the Diploma in Allergy and Asthma program. He holds an MD in Respiratory Medicine and a Fellowship Diploma in Allergy and Asthma from CMC Vellore. Dr. Daniel is currently pursuing his PhD in Asthma phenotypes in India through the University of Melbourne. He is a recipient of the prestigious Wellcome Trust DBT India Alliance Early Career Fellowship 2024, the American Thoracic Society MECOR India program Scholar 2024, and the Dr. Henry Claman Award for the Diploma in Asthma and Allergy Program 2022. He serves as Centre Coordinator for the World Allergy Organization Centre of Excellence and has extensive research experience with multiple peer-reviewed publications in leading journals. His research focuses on Asthma phenotypes and drug allergy.

Dr.Pudupakkam K. Vedanthan (PK)

Dr PK was born in Mysore, India. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Mysore. He is American Board certified in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is at present Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado,USA. He is the founder/architect of International Asthma Services (www.saahns.org) a global medical educational charity. He is the lead editor for three global textbooks on Allergy. He is the chairman of the Allergy Asthma Network India (AANI) and PRAANA Charitable Allergy AllergyInitiative (PCAAC).

Dr. Vinay Mehta

Dr. Vinay Mehta is a board-certified allergist from Irvine, California. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic and his fellowship in allergy and immunology at Creighton University. His areas of interest include severe asthma, chronic sinusitis, atopic dermatitis, chronic urticaria, and eosinophilic esophagitis.

Dr. Mehta serves as volunteer faculty for the DAA program and the Fellowship in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology at Christian Medical College. In addition, he is the scientific co-chair of Allergocon, an annual international allergy conference. Finally, Dr. Mehta is an active board member of International Asthma Services, a charitable organization through which he routinely participates in educational activities throughout India.
